POSMarket credit card purchases will be displayed as 'POSMarket' on your credit card statement.POSMarket uses a St George Bank payment gateway to protect your credit card details during an online transaction. We do not handle your credit card details directly. All payment is processed by St George directly. IMPORTANT: Internet security is a crucial issue for us and obviously it's an important issue for you too. As such, large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on a couple of key details before we proceed. In this event, we will get in contact with you. Insufficient cleared Funds 2. Your card has expired 3. Incorrect CSC number, preventing transaction completion (please refer to "What is my Credit Cards CVC2 number?" Please note that we do not charge to assist you over the telephone to place your order via the web. 6. What is my Credit Cards CVC2 number?Your CVC2 number is your Card Security Code, which is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or the front of your credit card. As you may have noticed, we request the CVC2 number on your credit card during your Secure Checkout process, for your protection. The CVC2 number is an authentication scheme to help prevent fraud. Therefore, if your credit card number is provided with an incorrect CVC2 number, the transaction will not be approved.If you have a Visa or Mastercard the CVC2 number is located on the back of your card and it is 3 digits. On an American Express card the CVC2 number is located on the front of the card and is 4 digits. The CVC2 number is often also referred to as CVV number, CW2, CSC or CID number. "Error 12" usually indicates that you've entered the CSC number for your card incorrectly. If a credit card number is provided with an incorrect CSC number, the transaction will not be approved.
