Teleportivity's TEL-CALLGRP-12 provides a single additional call group that can be added to any QR Video Pro or Advanced Help Desk licence. Route your intercom calls to additional groups of agents or operators by creating extra call groups or departments. For example, you may have a system with 20 agents, and require 10 calling groups to be allocated to a range of agents, combining - concierge, reception, security, etc, so that when the intercom is pressed, options will provide a direct connection to specific call groups/departments based on the selection of the button. You may add as many additional call groups as required. This licence can be added to any 12 month subscription.
