Model WF28 is suitable for POS, restaurants, reservations and hospitality industry. The PDA is equipped with Samsung 300 MHz CPU and Windows CE 5 and multi lingual OS. It has 64MB memory and 128MBflash memory. The TFT QVGA display is 2.8 with 64K color. The touch sensitive display works with stylus as well as by finger touch. PDA has one mini USB 1.1 host as well as client and one power jack. Protection is provided with flip cover for the PDA. It is provided with a 1200mAh removable chargeable battery and AC adaptor.
Single SSID of the PDA connects only with designated access point. The PDA is provided with sleep mode to increase the system on time to the utmost for POS application and to consume 2% of the normal power. Wi-Fi reconnection period can be configured in the PDA. It provides fast Wi-Fi roaming which takes less than a second for roaming access. It produces no interruption to online applications caused by slow roaming. With the provision of Admin & User mode; the set up configuration is accessed and modified only by admin. Users can not access programs and database without admin authorization.
