All our products come with a full Australian manufacturers' guarantee. We don't deal with second-hand or 'grey import' products. If you have a warranty claim please contact our service department on 1300 737 998 to arrange a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.

For a nominal extra charge you can have the peace of mind that your equipment is covered by a 3 year onsite warranty.
