All returned goods are at your risk in transit and losses often are not covered unless you make special arrangements with your carrier. POSMarket recommends that you consider registering and insuring your goods before consignment, for return to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by POSMarket.
If, within 7 days of delivery, any item purchased from POSMarket is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, POSMarket will exchange or repair it.
Please ensure the following:
you contact POSMarket prior to returning the product to advise details
goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging
goods are accompanied by your original receipt
goods are not damaged in transit
you pay for return delivery costs
Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective POSMarket will return the item with delivery being at your cost.
Address for Returns
As we source our products from a number of different Australian wholesalers please contact us prior to returning any defective goods. After any applicable troubleshooting by phone you will be issued with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. At that time you will be advised of the address for returns.
Change of Mind
You are welcome to exchange your product or get a credit or refund in the event that you change your mind as long as the goods are returned in saleable condition with all original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery. You will receive a full refund less a 25% restocking fee. As this is a fee that is charged to us by the wholesaler(s) we are unable to waive this fee.
