On 19th May 2009 , Gene Delaney, president of Motorola Enterprise Mobility Solutions Business had a meeting with the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato' Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak in Kula lumper, Malaysia. In this meeting, he announced Motorola’s plans to inflate its customer care services i.e. its customer fulfillment centre in Malaysia including mobility products to serve the Asia Pacific clientele. Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon was also present at this meeting. Till now the CFC based in Penang focused on dealing out customer orders for Motorola’s Professional Commercial Radio( PCR) business in Asia and handles the supply of products in Asia.
In the meeting Gene Delaney said Penang's enhanced enactment to permit enterprise mobility devices is a testament to the valuate that Motorola places on muscular industry sincerity and consumer relationships, which time and again has been enhanced by introducing new technologies to fulfill the needs of the business and its vital mission in the best possible way. He also added that improved customer care services are important in order to make sure competence and timing.
