Zebra’s ZM400 Barcode Printer, included in the best-in-class Z-series line, entrenches adaptability in productivity for industrial and commercial businesses needing quality barcode printing.

Fast, Easy Operation
The ZM400 offers printing speed and resolution options of up to four inches per second at 600 dpi or ten inches per second at 203 dpi, allowing full flexibility in programming label printing parameters.

The ZM400 gifts businesses with dual print modes: thermal transfer operations or direct thermal operations. Businesses now utilize complete printing options to fulfill multiple order requirements and take claim to the flexibility needed in today’s high-paced market environment.

From the 32-bit processor to the high-speed interface to the 16 MB DRAM and 8 MB RAM, the ZM400 is anything but slow in processing print orders. The large LCD presents an easy-viewing status window with color-coded user messages for ease of comprehension and follow-up to any print job report or alert.

The ZM400 Barcode Printer even offers quick platen and print head exchange and Element Energy Equalizer® print head energy monitoring for efficient one-glance status and maintenance checks.

Worry-Free Durability
Encased in die-cast housing and frame, the ZM400 printer smoothly withstands the rigors of rugged industrial or commercial environments.

Thermal transfer operating temperature allowance ranges from 40 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (5 to 40 degrees Celsius) during operation. The direct transfer operating temperature gradient of 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (0-40 degrees Celsius) permits printing to continue practically non-stop without undue concern of overheating.

Enhanced Efficiency
The ZM400 Barcode Printer presents businesses with seven bitmapped and one scaleable font programmed and set prior to partial printing errors and restarts, eliminating wasted time, effort, and resources.

The auto-detectable energy sensor transmit warning alerts to the master terminal when energy flow is interrupted or degrades, allowing the printing job to be paused and saved, avoiding costly reprints or recovery operations.

Summary
Zebra’s ZM400 Barcode Printer deserves its spotlight in the Z-series line by awarding businesses with the epitome of convenience, durability, and efficiency in barcode label printing projects.
