Lincolnshire, Illinois: Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ ZBRA) was selected by business solutions magazines also one of the most innovative in the printing technology. In one of the largest surveys carried out by the business solutions magazine, the vote for the Zebra Technologies carried the day where 11,500 resellers and voters rated their best vendor companies in an online campaign. Service and customer support, user friendliness, reliability and product features, user programs and others were used to vet the service providers and vendors. By virtue of introducing two new innovative technologies in 2010, Zebra Technologies ranked highest in product features and reliability. The two products were ZXP series and the RXi secure issuance printer.

With over 2400 resellers taking part in the vote, the award came at just the right moment because then, Zebra was planning to improve is channel partner program dubbed as partnersfirst. This was in a bid to improve the partner community for all resellers of the Zebra Technologies services and products. The essence of this was to help the Zebra community, that is, its partners and resellers, do a good business.
