ION's 1RU Rackmount Bypass Switch is the perfect way to enable real time live bypassing of your UPS system without causing any interruption to IT equipment or a connected load. Using the rotary switch, anybody can transfer equipment load from the UPS to mains supply. The ION Rackmount Bypass Switch enables maintenance to be undertaken on a UPS system during business hours and provides a backup option to quickly restore power to equipment if the UPS fails. ION's Rackmount Bypass Switch delivers cost effective reliable redundancy to your IT infrastructure's power supply.
