The Platinum Service Solution is a comprehensive service plan that protects everything from the device to the device accessories (repair or replacement), batteries, and Android operating system.

Mobile computer eligible accessories include batteries, docks, chargers, cradles, scan handles, and vehicle mounts.
Printer eligible accessories include print heads, platen rollers, cutters, and batteries.

• Platinum 3-Year – Initial Contract, Contract includes Battery Refresh, Replacement Devices, Accessory Replacement, 2-Day Depot or Spare Pool Management as well as Android Maintenance and Upgrades.
• Platinum 5-Year – Initial Contract, Contract includes accessory replacement, battery refresh, 2-Day Depot or Spare Management and Android Service
