Concept 993009

This cable provides a permanent connection for laptops to the UART ports on a Control Module. A UART interface board is also required.

The Laptop Computer Interface cable, allows for a Laptop computer with DB9 Serial Port connector to be connected to a Concept 3000 / Access 4000 Control Module. Before the cable can be used, one of the following Concept UART board options must be fitted to the Control Module: 993065 (Concept 3000 Single Port UART), 993066 (Concept 3000 Dual Port UART), or 993068 (Concept 3000 Four Port UART) If fitting the UART board follow the installation instructions carefully, ensuring that the Control Module is powered down and battery disconnected before the UART is fitted.
