This Zebra PolyE 3100T is a Gloss Label, with dimension of 102x152mm through thermal transfer. It is a permanent adhesive with 76mm core.

Features
  • Low cost, topcoated gloss polyethylene label
  • Good adhesion on a variety of substrates
  • Good flexibility and conformability for labelling curved surfaces
  • Pure polyethylene facestock means it is environmentally-friendly and recyclable
  • Good tear and water resistance properties
  • Adhesive complies with European food regulation EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011 and BfR
  • Recommendation XIV for direct contact with dry, moist and such kind of fatty foodstuffs which have a reduction factor of at least 3
  • Adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 for direct contact with dry foodstuffs, or alternatively separated by a functional barrier
Suggested Applications
  • Labelling of HDPE bottles and cans e.g. toiletries and food packaging
  • Work in progress labels
  • Pallet labelling suitable for recycling with shrink-wrap
  • Cost effective outdoor labelling for plants, garden and DIY products (approx. 9 months)
  • Medium-life product and box labelling
  • Shelf-edge labelling
  • Gloss materials are not suitable for fanfold applications

Minimum Application Temperature:
When the label is applied, the environment and surface should be above this temperature 		5°C
Service Temperature Range:
Following correct application and appropriate dwell time (usually 24hrs) the media will withstand this temperature range 		-20°C to 80°C
Recommended Storage Conditions:
Storage of product before use 		1 year duration when stored at 20°C to 25°C at 40 to 50% RH
Expected Life Span in Application:
Following correct application and appropriate dwell time (usually 24hrs) we expect, but do not warrant, a life span as indicated 		Indoor use, 1 year+
Outdoor use, up to 1 year
