The PDT 8000 from Symbol Technologies is a compact, ergonomic Pocket PC mobile computing device with integrated wireless communications and barcode data capture. Flexible memory options, a crisp, color VGA display - the largest available in this product class - and a host of enhanced multimedia capabilities provide the capacity for advanced mobile solutions and application flexibility.

  • The PDT 8000 offers Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) specifically GPRS and dual-mode GPRS/WLAN options, or Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) communication options, enabling the delivery of information when and where it~s needed - whether it~s checking on an order while at a customer site or downloading route data prior to driver departure. And, with its integrated barcode scanner, touch-screen and 23-key keypad, the PDT 8000 facilitates convenient data management for any job, which translates into increased accuracy and enhanced productivity.
