The new MC959B - via MAX FlexWAN - enables enterprises to deploy and later re-deploy the same devices on virtually any 3.5G network simplifying purchasing and device management. The MC959B features WANLANPANBluetoothIrDA connectivity plus an optional camera and a choice of 1D laser and 2D imager options.

The Motorola MC959B, the latest addition to the MC9500-K family, is the first industrial rugged mobile computer that allows mobile workers to easily select the wireless network that best meets their needs. The MC959B is a data-only device that offers a dual 3G WAN modem enabling enterprises to deploy the device on multiple networks and switch dynamically between 3.5G GSM HSUPA and 3.5 CDMA EVDO Rev A connections. The MC959B also includes all the features of the MC9500-K family, including GPS, Bluetooth, IrDA, 1D/2D scanning/imaging options and versions with and without a 3MP auto-focus camera.
