Samsung SPE-400 4-Channel Network Encoder is an ONVIF-compliant video encoder that allows addition of analog computers to an IP network security system. This unit supports real time image transmission at 4CIF resolution with the frame rate of up to 30 fps (NTSC). The device also allows multi-streaming and provides the user a variety of viewing and recording options.
